Welcome to Empowered Early Learning Academy. I am excited to welcome your child and family to Preschool. Here at EELA we strive to empower each child and family through education, community resources, and family focused events.

I have been a licensed educator for the past ten years working in both public and private schools to help students reach their full potential. I have an art, psychology, and teaching degree that allows my lessons and school to be creative, developmentally appropriate, and engaging for all students.  I have worked with a wide range of children and create lessons so that every child succeeds. I believe that early education is essential for the growth and development of each child. Here at EELA we believe in play-based, student lead, and individualized curriculum for each student. I am excited to work with your child to create, explore and learn about themselves and the world around them. Empowering each child starts with social and emotional well being, positive connections to people around, and curiosity that leads to exploration of the world around them. I am so excited to see your child learn and grow!

As a parent myself I understand the challenges of raising a child and supporting a family. Here at EELA we create a supportive environment for parents and a safe place for their children. The community has wonderful support and enriching experiences for families and children that we bring into the preschool. My office is open for parents to talk openly, honestly, and feel supportive while they are at the preschool. Parents, teachers, and the community all come together at EELA to create the best learning environment for the whole family.
